These terms
These terms are between you and Flawless Esthetics, 7th Avenue Plaza, 43 Constant Spring Road, Half Way Tree, Kingston 10, St. Andrew, Jamaica. They apply when you book a treatment, reserve a product or take a class through this website.
Booking is confirmation that you have read them. How we handle your information is set out separately in our privacy policy.
Booking an appointment
A booking is made when you complete the form and receive a reference beginning FE-. Keep it: it identifies your appointment and it is what your bank transfer must be labelled with.
Slots are held in real time and given out in the order they are taken. On the rare occasion two people reach the same slot at the same moment, the second is told immediately and asked to pick another; no appointment is ever double-booked.
The studio opens Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm, and is closed Mondays. A treatment has to finish before closing, so the later slots for a longer treatment are not offered.
Deposits
Every treatment over $5,000 takes a $3,000 deposit to secure the appointment. It comes off your balance on the day; it is not an extra charge.
Pay it by bank transfer, put your FE- reference in the transfer’s reference field, and upload the receipt on the site. The link in your confirmation email opens the same page again if you close the tab.
An appointment left without a deposit is released and the slot given to somebody else. The studio checks each receipt against the account before confirming, so send it as soon as you transfer rather than on the morning.
Treatments at or under $5,000 take no deposit and are paid in full at the studio.
Changing or cancelling
To move or cancel an appointment, message the studio on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email. Please give as much notice as you can. A slot given up late usually cannot be filled.
Where a deposit has been paid and you cancel, whether it moves to your new date or is returned is at the studio’s discretion; ask when you get in touch.
If the studio has to cancel or move your appointment, you will be offered the next slot that suits you or a full refund of your deposit, whichever you prefer.
Lateness
Your slot is held for fifteen minutes. Past that the studio may need to shorten your treatment or rebook you, because the client after you booked a full appointment too. If you are running behind, a message ahead usually saves the booking.
Patch tests
If you are new to the studio, a patch test is required 24 hours before any tint, henna, lamination or pigment service. It takes about five minutes and there is no charge for it.
This is not a formality. Tint and henna use dyes in the same chemical family as hair colour, and a reaction can take most of a day to appear, which is why the test is a day early and not an hour. Without one, the studio may have to decline the treatment on the day.
Tell the studio when you book about eczema, active acne, recent retinol use, a recent chemical peel, pregnancy, or any past reaction to a beauty treatment, so the plan can be adjusted.
Prices and payment
Every price on this site is in Jamaican dollars and includes your consultation. Nothing is quoted on the day and nothing is added at the end.
Payment is by bank transfer or in person at the studio. This site never takes card details, and there is nowhere on it to enter them.
Prices may change. The price you are shown when you book is the price you pay for that appointment.
Results
Beauty treatments work differently on different people. How long a tint holds, how a lamination sits and how pigment heals all depend on your skin, your hair and how you care for it afterwards, which is why the studio gives aftercare advice and why following it matters.
The studio will always tell you honestly what is achievable before starting. It cannot guarantee a specific outcome, and results shown on this site or on social media are examples of past work, not a promise of your result.
The shop
Products are reserved for collection at the studio, not shipped. Reserve online, pay by bank transfer with the FE-P reference you are given, and collect when it suits you.
A reservation holds stock rather than selling it: if the transfer does not arrive, the item goes back on the shelf. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of collection. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and anything used on the eyes cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
Classes and training
The 1-on-1 Brow Tint & Lamination Course is $100,000, and a $30,000 deposit books your place. That deposit is non-refundable. It holds a day that the studio then cannot sell to anyone else. The balance is due on or before the day.
Your place includes everything listed on the classes page: the manual, the kit, the live demo and a certificate of completion. The certificate records that you attended and completed the course; it is not a licence, and it is not a substitute for whatever registration or insurance your own practice requires.
If the studio has to move a course date, your deposit moves with it or is returned in full, whichever you prefer.
Your account
You can book without an account. If you make one, it is so you can see your own bookings and history in one place. Sign-in is through Google, and the studio never sees your password.
Keep your account to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has reached it. Ask and we will close it; that does not erase the business records of appointments you have already had, which we are required to keep.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Beyond that, and where we are at fault, our liability for any one appointment or order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, for instance an event you booked the treatment for.
We are not responsible for a reaction arising from a condition, medication or allergy you were asked about and did not disclose, or from a patch test you declined.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Ask the studio. Nobody minds the question, and it is a better use of your time than reading it twice.
